Rules & Regulations
1. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to win, you must: (i) be a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) and (ii) be 19 years of age or older. You are not eligible to win, if you are: a) an employee officer, director, agent or representative of Shark Club Restaurants, LP (the Sponsor), or any of its affiliates and related companies (including, but not limited to Moxie’s Grill & Bar, Chop Steakhouse & Bar, Sandman Hotels, Sandman Signature Hotels, Sutton Place Hotels, Denny’s Canada), any participating stores or the prize suppliers; b) an employee or contractor of a provincial liquor authority, a beer distribution company or a participating licensed establishment, or, in the case of residents of British Columbia, any provincial liquor authority or liquor licensee; or c) a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons.
2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Giveaways begin on, or around, September 7, 2024, and will end before November 17, 2024 (Giveaway Period). Throughout the giveaway period, interested participants are required to fill in a form on the contest website and enter an entry code for the grand prize. Completion of the form qualifies individuals for participation in the local store giveaway. Multiple entries are permitted during the giveaway. Sponsor will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, or late entries, which will be void. All entries must be received on or before the Giveaway Closing Date.
3. PRIZE: Prize includes 2 tickets to the 111th Grey Cup and a table with a $200 Shark Club Gift Card at Shark Club W Georgia. By entering, entrant declares that he/she has read, understood and complied with the official Rules and Regulations and confirm that entrant is at least 19 years of age. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prizes may not be resold. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent monetary value if a prize or any part of a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prize will only be released to the verified winner.
4. DRAWING: Before November 17 2024, the Grand Prize winner will be chosen by Shark Club from the pool of entries submitted via the official contest form online. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted via email. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this Giveaway, entrants' consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway. By accepting the any prize, the winner consents to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of their name and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Giveaway in any media or formats, including but not limited to the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Shark Club will not be liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by Giveaway participants or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; b) the theft, loss, destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; d) any failure of any e-mail to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason; or e) any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Giveaway, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules and Regulations, the selection and/or announcement of winner(s), or the distribution of any prizes. This Giveaway is solely executed by Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill.
7. RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND OR AMEND: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules and Regulations.
8. MISCELLANEOUS: No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. A selected entrant may be required to provide Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, from this Giveaway and any future Giveaway or other promotion conducted by Sponsors, any individual that it finds or believes to be not in compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations, to be tampering with the entry process; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY ENTRIES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAYIS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The Sponsor does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, late, damaged entries during the Giveaway Period. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate, or suspend this Giveaway for any reason including non-authorized human intervention, action of entrant(s), or other cause corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Giveaway.
9. LIQUOR AUTHORITIES: The provincial liquor authorities are not connected with this Giveaway in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way whatsoever with regard to any matter relating to this Giveaway.
